Their well being is in having access to both parents while growing up. Many fathers are betrayed of their right to love their kids and raise them. Many of these childless fathers are ready to be super dads and to love their children selflessly, but law doesn't look their way, and thinks that their moms, who have filed false criminal cases on the dads, are better parents!. Family courts are the biggest destructor of families.
